Remote Appointment Setter – Lead Qualification & Scheduling

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to engage prospective customers, qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound outreach across phone, email and social channels to generate qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls, email and social media.
• Introduce the company’s products or services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations or demos for sales representatives.
• Maintain follow‑up with prospects to minimise no‑shows and nurture leads.
• Record all interactions, prospect data and activities in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales staff.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect objections and common customer needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and communicate with English‑speaking prospects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently or within a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home‑office setup.
