About the role
The Telesales Representative works remotely to generate and convert sales opportunities over the phone. You will present the company’s products and services, explain value propositions, and guide prospects through the buying process.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to qualify leads.
- Present product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, address customer concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on scripts and processes.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
- Customer‑service mindset and ability to resolve inquiries professionally.
- Motivation to meet targets and manage a high volume of calls.
- Reliable internet connection and comfort working independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
