Remote Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales through both outbound and inbound phone calls. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection while contributing to our growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and confidently, handling objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven track record of making sales over the phone and closing deals.
• Ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and able to handle rejection.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
• Professional, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• English proficiency for English‑speaking customers.

Required skills
