Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator provides essential office organization and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping the team achieve its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales & Marketing, Assistant Director of Sales and Sales Managers in their day‑to‑day activities.
• Implement and maintain an effective filing system and keep all required forms (timesheets, purchase orders, travel authorizations, etc.) up to date.
• Manage inventory of gifts, giveaways, and office supplies, and maintain an operating manual for departmental policies.
• Compile monthly reports and statistics by the 5th of each month.
• Assist with direct‑mail campaigns, including labeling, data collection and distribution.
• Coordinate liaison between the sales office and sister hotels, handling correspondence and collateral.
• Administer annual contracts for corporate and leisure business.
• Process store requisitions, business‑card orders and telephone call handling.
• Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Record minutes of meetings, organize sales trips and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or hospitality environment, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under established company policies and health‑safety regulations.
