About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive real‑estate sales across Accra and the Tema region. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real‑estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present products and services, negotiate agreements and close sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and regular sales reports.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain accurate customer records and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
