Sales Representative – Accra

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to expand Etihad Airways’ footprint in Ghana. Based in Accra, you will manage a portfolio of travel‑trade and corporate customers, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and commercial targets across assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Act as a trusted adviser to travel agencies, corporate clients and other commercial partners.
• Analyse market trends, customer potential and competitor activity to pinpoint revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and guide opportunities from initial contact to closure.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer needs with Etihad’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Etihad partners to create tailored customer solutions.
• Keep customers informed of Etihad products, services and promotions.
• Record accurate sales activity and customer data in Etihad’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in airline or broader travel industry preferred; high‑performing B2B sales background acceptable.
• Strong commercial mindset and determination to deliver results.
