Sales Representative (Accra & Tema)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture client relationships across the Accra and Tema region. The role involves prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to delivery teams. You will work remotely while collaborating with internal colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media and referrals.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home‑office setup.
• Fluent English.
