About the role

The Sales Representative & Canvasser will promote Souvenirs and More’s loan and financial products across Accra and the Tema region. You will work directly with prospective customers, introducing them to the company’s financial solutions and helping them understand the benefits.

Key responsibilities

  • Market and promote loan and other financial products to individuals and businesses.
  • Identify, approach and recruit new customers through field visits and canvassing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Educate prospects on product features, terms and application processes.
  • Assist customers throughout the application and approval stages.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Required profile

  • Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of sales or customer‑facing experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in assigned territories.
  • Basic numeracy and understanding of financial concepts.
