About the role

The school is seeking a dynamic leader to drive its strategic vision, academic excellence, and community reputation. This senior position reports directly to the board and works closely with the Vice Principal of Academics to shape the institution’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the school’s mission, long‑term strategy, and growth targets.
• Lead policy implementation that raises academic standards, operational efficiency, and stakeholder trust.
• Oversee curriculum development aligned with international frameworks such as Cambridge or IB.
• Monitor student performance through data‑driven assessments and champion inclusive programmes.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high‑quality educators and administrative staff, establishing robust performance‑management systems.
• Promote holistic student development, ensuring effective counseling, safety, and extracurricular activities.
• Build transparent relationships with parents, alumni, and community partners, enhancing the school’s local and international reputation.

Required profile

• Strong international exposure with a proven record of leading complex, service‑oriented organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams, enforce high standards, and sustain a service‑focused culture.
• Backgrounds such as hospitality & hotel management, healthcare administration, corporate operations, or structured retail environments are valued.
• Senior‑level experience (minimum 7 years) in leadership roles.
