Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the design and construction of buildings and structures, translating client needs into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments. This role balances artistic vision with practical considerations, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design buildings and structures, producing plans, blueprints, conceptual drawings, 2D layouts, sketches, and 3D renders.
• Create detailed IFC (Issue for Construction) drawings, permit documentation, as‑built drawings, and take‑off schedules.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, budget constraints, and preferences, and translate them into feasible design solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee project execution from planning to completion, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, geotechnical).
• Provide technical solutions to complex design challenges, addressing structural integrity, environmental impact, and sustainability.
• Produce visual presentations and design samples for client review and feedback.
• Conduct site visits, supervise construction, and perform quality‑control inspections.
• Manage contracts, bids, and negotiations, ensuring legal and contractual obligations are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural design and construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project budgets and schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience in 3D rendering and visualization.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes.
