Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Management will serve high‑net‑worth individuals, providing proactive, personalized financial solutions and acting as the primary point of contact for UT Bank’s retail wealth segment.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new high‑net‑worth clients in line with the segment’s value proposition and sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses for new and existing clients to identify appropriate product opportunities.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling opportunities across investment, lending and other banking products.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of relationships, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote and educate clients on self‑service channels such as internet banking, mobile banking and ATMs.
• Document all client interactions and manage a structured contact programme to monitor changes in client circumstances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management within retail banking or wealth management, preferably with high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Strong analytical ability to assess client financial goals and recommend suitable solutions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long‑term trust.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with specialist units.
