Technical Sales Executive (Business Development)

About the role

Boldnet Internet Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Technical Sales Executive to expand its client base in Accra. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, presenting the company’s fiber, WAN/MPLS, structured cabling, CCTV, VoIP and smart‑building solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and residential segments.
• Present Boldnet’s connectivity and security solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Represent Boldnet at client meetings, site visits and industry events.
• Collaborate with technical teams to accurately scope client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within telecommunications or technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fiber internet, WAN/MPLS, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, VoIP and smart‑building solutions.
