Telesales Call Center Operator (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Call Center Operator to join Unateus’s expanding sales team. The role is fully remote and focuses on converting warm leads into confirmed orders while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to customers who have already expressed interest in our products.
- Present product offers, upsell additional items, and obtain order approvals.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow‑up communications promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly performance targets and adhere to quality standards and KPIs.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or a call‑center environment.
- Proven ability to achieve performance targets while working independently.
- Own laptop or desktop, functional smartphone, headset and a reliable high‑speed internet connection.
- Backup electricity solution (generator, UPS or battery inverter) is mandatory.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to communicate in one or more major local languages.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Comfort working with browser‑based applications.
