Trainee Analyst - National Service

About the role

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are passionate about investment banking. This trainee analyst position offers hands‑on exposure to deal execution, financial modeling, and client support within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth industry, market and company research and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations and other marketing materials.
• Support the execution of corporate transactions, including M&A, capital raises, financial restructuring and strategic advisory mandates.
• Participate in due‑diligence processes and manage data rooms.
• Monitor market developments and trends relevant to client industries.

Required profile

• First‑class Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CFA) is advantageous.
