Wellness Assistant

About the role

The Wellness Assistant will support the Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in delivering patient‑focused care. You will be trained to perform seated massage and Musculoskeletal Enhancement (MSE), manage patient records, and assist the team doctor with day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform seated massage and Musculoskeletal Enhancement for clients.
• Prepare, store, archive, and retrieve patient data and documentation.
• Assist the team doctor with patient care activities.
• Handle customer service, administrative, and operational duties.
• Promote the C.W.C brand and its chiropractic and wellness services.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum SSSCE / WASSCE qualification.
• Computer literate with experience in data input and typing.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, coachable attitude.
• Leadership potential and a genuine interest in wellness.
