Wholesale Manager (Sales)

About the role

The Wholesale Manager will lead the company’s wholesale sales efforts for high‑quality building materials and sanitary ware across the Greater Accra Region and the wider West African market. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise a team of wholesale representatives operating in the Greater Accra Region.
• Develop and implement a wholesale market strategy to increase product penetration throughout Ghana and neighboring West African countries.
• Identify new distribution channels, negotiate terms with partners, and monitor sales performance against targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and promotional support.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in building‑material sales or a related wholesale environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Outgoing, personable and able to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
