Account Coordinator (Automotive OEM)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to support the marketing initiatives of a major automotive OEM. This remote position works closely with the Account Manager and Marketing Service Representatives to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly calls with the Account Manager to align priorities and deadlines for marketing campaigns.
• Review digital and print campaigns, provide ROI reporting, and obtain budget approvals.
• Approve various Market Driver initiatives (Trade Up Advantage, Service, Recall, Express Service, First Maintenance Complete, Ongoing Service Retention, Lease End, SAS Mechanical, News Connect) using pre‑approved spreadsheets.
• Act as escalation point for Marketing Service Representatives when the Account Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor the campaign pipeline and alert the Account Manager to any delays.
• Update Owner Touch notifications in the Setup Wizard and assist with weekly support ticket reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive retail dealer or vendor customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proven track record of success and solid employment references.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain a problem‑solving attitude, and travel overnight when required.
• Marketing experience is a significant plus.
