Account Manager – Telecom & Technology Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will drive growth by identifying and securing new revenue opportunities within existing client portfolios. Working closely with senior leadership, you will design strategic roadmaps and deliver tailored telecom and technology solutions that improve client performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop, and close new commercial opportunities within current accounts.
• Create and execute Account Development Plans to maximize earnings and profit margins.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using solution‑oriented, consultative selling methods.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives through targeted outreach and industry events.
• Track quarterly targets with KPIs and take corrective actions to exceed goals.
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications licensing, sector regulations, and antitrust laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated service solutions.
• Utilize UNIK‑CRM and knowledge‑management tools to improve account stewardship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development within Telecom, ISP or Technology sectors.
• Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver customized solutions.
• Experience with public sector, NGOs or diplomatic accounts and familiarity with tender and bidding processes is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling, strategic planning and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and autonomous work capabilities.
