Account Specialist – Business

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and client‑focused Account Specialist to join our growing Bolt Business team in Ghana. You’ll drive growth by managing a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Bolt Business clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Respond to client queries via email, phone and other channels in a timely manner.
• Create account plans focused on growing volume and value, including upselling new features.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to acquire and onboard new clients, as well as manage existing ones.
• Work with international teams to address local client needs and issues.
• Identify and implement scalable solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or sales roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Highly organized, capable of managing tasks, relationships and priorities.
• Proactive, customer‑first mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience with account planning and spotting upsell opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
