Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Acquisition Associate will drive the growth of Autochek Ghana’s dealer network by identifying, onboarding and supporting prospective vehicle dealers. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its dealer partners, promoting financing solutions and ensuring a steady pipeline of quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard prospective vehicle dealers across the Accra and Tema regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers.
• Promote the company’s vehicle financing solutions to dealer partners.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and provide market feedback to the internal team.
• Meet assigned sales and activity targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a regular basis.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
