Agro (cocoa) certification and evaluation expert – Ghana

About the role

StrategyHouse.dk is seeking qualified professionals to support a four‑month certification readiness assessment for cocoa producers in Ghana. Two positions are open: an Agro (cocoa) certification and evaluation expert and a data analyst to design and analyse the survey component of the project.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end evaluation of cocoa farms against certification scorecards.
• Integrate mock audit processes and provide readiness feedback.
• Design, implement and manage surveys to collect field data.
• Perform data cleaning and statistical analysis to support certification decisions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in agricultural certification, preferably cocoa.
• Strong analytical background with experience in survey methodology.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ghana for the project duration.
