Agrochemical Sales Manager – Ghana

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese crop‑protection company, is seeking an Agrochemical Sales Manager to drive its business in Ghana. You will be the primary representative for our portfolio of technical‑grade pesticides and formulations, building relationships with local distributors and growers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative selling activities, including local product registration, sample delivery, and product introductions.
• Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, deliver presentations, and prepare quotes and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to closure.
• Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues, and market developments in Ghana.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote our products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the regional sales strategy.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Ghana.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
