Analyst, System Architect – Mobile & BSS

About the role

The Analyst, System Architect – Mobile & BSS will design and implement robust, scalable IT solutions that support Mobile Money services and Business Support Systems. Reporting to the Manager of Solution Architecture, you will translate business requirements into technical architectures that improve efficiency, security and innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and define system architecture specifications for mobile and BSS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, service providers and external partners to ensure solution alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop high‑level and detailed design documents, ensuring performance, security and usability standards are met.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the existing technology landscape.
• Support implementation teams during deployment, testing and integration phases.
• Maintain documentation and provide guidance on architectural best practices.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 month of relevant experience or internship in system architecture, solution design or related IT roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
