Arabic Teacher

About the role

YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Arabic Teacher to join its team in Accra. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Arabic language lessons, integrate relevant Islamic Studies concepts where appropriate, and foster an inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach reading, writing, and speaking skills in Arabic to learners of various levels.
• Plan, prepare, and adapt lesson materials to meet curriculum standards.
• Assess learner progress using appropriate evaluation methods.
• Integrate Islamic Studies concepts in a balanced and respectful manner when relevant.
• Maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with learners and stakeholders about progress.
• Participate in curriculum development and co‑curricular activities that support language learning and cultural understanding.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience teaching Arabic to diverse learner groups.
• Proficiency in Islamic Studies and ability to integrate related concepts.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and solid command of English for instruction and collaboration.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work on‑site in Accra as part of a collaborative team.
