Associate Financial Analyst

About the role

Appolonia City Ghana is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to support its urban development projects across Accra and Tema. The role involves financial and commercial analysis of land sales, development initiatives, and related opportunities, reporting directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales and development projects.
• Develop and maintain business plans and financial models for real‑estate developments, including utilities such as power, water, and telecoms.
• Create high‑quality presentations that translate financial data into clear insights for senior leaders.
• Contribute to strategy development for existing and new business lines under senior guidance.
• Support investor relations by maintaining accurate information memoranda for projects.
• Participate in deal origination and execution, providing analytical support throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real‑estate or city‑planning sector is a plus; CFA certification is a plus.
