Associate Professor – Business School

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) seeks a qualified academic to join its Business School as an Associate Professor. The position is open across several departments, including Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Conduct and publish scholarly research in recognized journals.
• Engage in community service and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
• Participate in departmental and university committees as required.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognized university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience and a minimum of ten peer‑reviewed publications.
• Three professional referees with contact details.
