Audit Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead internal audit activities across our manufacturing operations. The role will focus on finance, procurement, warehouse, production, sales and logistics, ensuring robust controls and mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits for manufacturing functions, including finance, procurement, inventory, production, sales and logistics.
• Identify financial, operational and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead fraud, misconduct and special investigations, collect evidence, determine root causes and quantify losses.
• Review internal controls, business processes and policies, and suggest improvements.
• Conduct inventory, procurement, expense and financial audits to uncover irregularities.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Prepare clear audit and investigation reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal and other departments on risk control and investigations while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in fraud prevention, investigations and handling financial misconduct.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management and operational auditing.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and report‑writing skills with high attention to detail.
• High integrity, independence and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good command of English.
