About the role
The Audit & Supervision Manager will lead anti‑fraud initiatives and oversee audit activities across all of Sunda International’s entities in Ghana. This role ensures robust internal controls, identifies compliance gaps, and supports the organization’s risk‑management framework.
Key responsibilities
- Direct anti‑fraud operations for all business units in Ghana.
- Plan and execute audits of clients, suppliers and carriers.
- Identify compliance risks and operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain audit coverage and supervise internal control processes.
- Support risk‑management and fraud‑prevention activities.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to implement remediation measures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in internal audit, anti‑fraud or fraud investigation preferred.
- Strong understanding of audit and compliance processes.
- Candidates from accounting firms are not preferred.
