About the role

The Audit & Supervision Manager will lead anti‑fraud operations across all entities in Ghana. This role ensures robust audit coverage, identifies compliance risks, and supports the organization’s risk‑management and fraud‑prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Conduct audits of clients, suppliers, and carriers to assess compliance and operational efficiency.
Identify and document compliance risks and operational inefficiencies.
Ensure comprehensive audit coverage and supervise internal control processes.
Support risk‑management and fraud‑prevention activities across the organization.
Coordinate with various departments to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (required).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Experience in internal audit, anti‑fraud, or fraud investigation is preferred.
Strong understanding of audit and compliance processes.
Candidates from accounting firms are not preferred.
