About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth and oversee operational execution in Ghana. The role combines commercial leadership with hands‑on management of inventory, logistics and partner relationships to ensure smooth retail and wholesale distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and manage B2B partnerships to expand market reach.
• Lead day‑to‑day operational processes, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Oversee product distribution across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and sales.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and operations management, preferably in emerging markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
