Bancassurance Sales Manager

About the role

The Bancassurance Sales Manager leads a small to medium‑sized team of financial advisors, developing and leveraging relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive demand for life and non‑life insurance products through bank branches and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of life and non‑life insurance products across bank branches and digital banking platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Identify market opportunities and launch initiatives to boost customer acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank executives, branch managers and key stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise financial advisors, setting clear performance objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop sales capabilities through mentoring and field coaching.
• Foster a high‑performance sales culture and track KPIs such as premiums, conversion rates, branch productivity and customer retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales teams in a banking or insurance environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to set objectives, monitor performance and drive results.
