Blending Officer

About the role

The Blending Officer works under the direct supervision of the Blending Supervisor to plan daily blending programs, ensure product quality, and maintain continuous availability of blended beverages. This position is pivotal in coordinating production orders, supervising ingredient handling, and guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive the blending program from the supervisor and create daily activity schedules.
• Enter production orders for all blended products into SAP.
• Supervise weighing, dissolving, and cross‑checking of ingredients before blending.
• Perform daily scale calibration checks and verify batch dosing module volumes.
• Request sugar and acid quantities from stores, prepare syrups, and ensure parameters meet specifications.
• Analyze blends and syrups, coordinate with QA, and document final parameters.
• Monitor returns, label them correctly, and control access to the blending hall.
• Oversee FA tanks, receive concentrates/alcohol via INDAG systems, and ensure RO water availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (ERP system).
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with other ERP software and INDAG blending systems.
