Brand & Communications Executive

About the role

The Brand & Communications Executive will drive business success from a marketing perspective, shaping the brand’s voice and leading omnichannel campaigns for digital advertising services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver all marketing objectives, goals and critical results.
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for digital advertising services sales in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
• Create campaign, partnership and event briefs, and lead ideation of omnichannel initiatives.
• Manage assigned campaigns, ensure timely reporting, and track performance against KPIs.
• Build partnerships with professional bodies, private companies and government entities.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing on budget management and brand alignment.
• Lead marketing colleagues to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Communicate updates via Slack, Trello and regular coordination meetings.
• Produce weekly marketing progress reports and analyse variances against forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• 1‑2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of marketing best practices and strategy implementation.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics for traffic source analysis and conversion optimisation.
