Brand & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead NAYA’s brand strategy and drive growth across digital and physical channels. The role will shape storytelling, manage social media, and oversee product launches while aligning with our African‑rooted identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual brand and marketing strategy for NAYA.
• Own and grow social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management and influencer collaborations.
• Lead product launch campaigns from brief to execution in partnership with the Sales Manager.
• Craft storytelling content such as supplier stories, product origins, team profiles and impact narratives.
• Manage the website and e‑commerce experience together with the sales team.
• Track and report on KPIs – follower growth, engagement, traffic, conversions and campaign ROI.
• Administer the marketing budget and coordinate with vendors and agencies.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines across packaging, print, digital and in‑store touchpoints.
• Identify and activate new market entry opportunities, including trade shows and retail partnerships.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Communication Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand or marketing role, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, FMCG or purpose‑driven brands.
• Creative, organised and commercially minded with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance brand integrity with business growth targets.
• Passion for African beauty, craftsmanship and storytelling.

Required skills

• Strong social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe design tools.
• Experience using e‑commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
