Business Developer – B2B Sales & Account Management

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual, detail‑oriented Business Developer to drive commercial performance across key accounts. Working within the sales team, you will promote our product range to developers, main contractors, sub‑contractors and specialist distributors, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and convert specifications into orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth and promotional platforms, collaborating with internal stakeholders to capture opportunities.
• Assess market needs and introduce new products to meet revenue targets.
• Develop both new and existing product markets for sustainable revenue growth.
• Analyse market drivers and align business strategies to maximise sales.
• Engage regional stakeholders to position the company for new business opportunities.
• Review current performance and route‑to‑market effectiveness, recommending improvements.
• Manage and strengthen key account relationships to boost retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Execute business development initiatives within key accounts to achieve revenue goals.
• Drive debt management and promote system value across the supply chain.
• Deliver training and merchandising support to customer sales teams.

Required profile

• Bilingual with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and market share.
• Experience in B2B sales within construction‑related sectors.
