Business Development Consultant

About the role

PM Renaissance is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for clients and a bridge between hiring companies and top‑tier talent. You will design strategic staffing solutions, generate revenue, and manage key accounts from initial pitch through successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and map decision‑makers.
• Promote PM Renaissance’s HR services using creative, brand‑aligned outreach and deliver high‑impact presentations.
• Own end‑to‑end client relationships, understand company cultures, and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Manage commercial terms, project budgets, invoicing, and account collections.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations or related field.
• At least five years of experience in business development, B2B or consultative sales.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Strong research, reporting abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

What we offer
