Business Development Consultant – Remote (Ghana)

About the role

Korsell Corporate Consult Ltd (KCC) is expanding its portfolio of technology‑enabled ventures across business transformation, agribusiness, AI and investment. As a Business Development Consultant you will identify new opportunities, build relationships and connect clients with KCC’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective clients, partners, vendors and business opportunities.
• Introduce relevant KCC products and projects to prospective customers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, events and communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process.
• Support client onboarding and handover to the appropriate KCC team.
• Identify strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities.
• Leverage KCC's AI‑powered business operating system and AI agents for lead generation and qualification.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable approaching new prospects and managing an independent pipeline.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other digital platforms.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, technology, agriculture, AI or investment.
• Results‑oriented and comfortable with performance‑based compensation.
• Honest, professional and committed to representing KCC responsibly.
