About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with deep expertise in card products to join our fast‑growing fintech team. You will drive growth by acquiring and managing partnerships, channel sales, and market development for our APIs, debit, credit, virtual card solutions and other fintech offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across banks, agents, merchants, corporate clients and fintech partners.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for card products, from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create go‑to‑market strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with payment processors, card networks, aggregators and distributors.
- Provide customer insights to guide product enhancements and maintain market competitiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in fintech, banking or payment solutions, with a proven record in card‑related products.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, APIs, prepaid/virtual card platforms and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
