Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Bonobo’s premium furniture and interior design services across residential, hospitality and corporate projects. You will identify new opportunities, convert leads into contracts and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design projects.
• Convert leads into custom furniture and design contracts, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and private clients.
• Manage client inquiries from concept through delivery, providing quotations and proposals.
• Develop partnerships with design studios, real‑estate developers, hotels and restaurants.
• Represent Bonobo at design fairs, exhibitions and networking events.
• Research market trends and competitors to propose differentiation strategies.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in sales, business development, interior design or real‑estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in furniture, design, architecture or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Self‑driven, creative and commercially minded.
• Good understanding of Accra’s real‑estate/design ecosystem (advantage).
