Business Development Executive – Service Industry

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for DutteeGhana.com by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the service industry. Working on‑site in Accra, you will promote the company’s services, build strong relationships with employers and partners, and help achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through market research and outreach.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
• Manage client accounts from onboarding through ongoing relationship maintenance.
• Track market trends, gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in service‑related sales, preferably ISO certification or marketing agency services.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client accounts.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
