Business Development Manager – Interior & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across our premium interior division and support our real‑estate and construction projects. The role focuses on expanding our client base, building high‑value partnerships with architects and developers, and positioning Euro Homes Group as the leading provider of bespoke design and fit‑out solutions in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the business development strategy for core interior product lines, targeting both luxury retail clients and bulk B2B developers.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, real‑estate developers, and main contractors to secure specification deals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across residential and corporate segments, managing the full sales pipeline from pitch to contract closure.
• Conduct market research on Ghanaian consumer preferences, housing trends, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate closely with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure project execution meets client expectations and timelines.
• Monitor sales metrics, revenue targets, and conversion rates, providing regular strategic reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development, corporate sales or B2B account management within interior design, custom furniture, architectural hardware or premium construction finishing.
• Demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships with developers or architects and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and high‑stakes negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian property market, luxury residential developments and local construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
