Business Development Specialist – Ghana

About the role

You will help implement The Association's customer engagement strategy in Ghana, building strong relationships with tertiary and corporate institutions. Reporting to the Associate Director – Ghana, you will work in a hybrid remote/in‑office model to drive revenue growth and promote CIMA qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships with universities and business schools to align curricula with CIMA programmes.
• Drive revenue and growth targets for the Ghana market.
• Promote the PCGs (Promote Competency Globally) and Certificate in Business Accounting and Finance Leadership Programme to academics and school leavers.
• Deliver face‑to‑face presentations and coordinate branch and office events.
• Provide multi‑channel support to prospective and existing customers, handling enquiries about CIMA qualifications.
• Monitor market changes, run pre‑ and post‑exam encouragement campaigns, and support student acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Degree or business qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or education partnerships.
