About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the core functions of our organisation. The role will ensure that all operational activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor organisational performance and track business results against targets.
- Conduct cost‑benefit analyses to support decision‑making.
- Define, measure and report on production and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement processes that meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set goals across the entire organisation.
- Communicate the company’s vision and operational priorities to all levels of staff.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar business operations or management role.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of guiding cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey strategic objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
