Business Solutions Consultant

About the role

Zoho is seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to join its technical pre‑sales team in Ghana. You will help prospective clients understand Zoho’s Finance, HR and Payroll applications through demos, webinars and tailored solution designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to gather customer requirements and provide technical consultation on Zoho Finance, HR and Payroll solutions.
• Deliver detailed product demonstrations and webinars for prospective clients.
• Design customized solutions that align with client business needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses and business requirement documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide training and technical support during trial and implementation phases.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the finance, HR and payroll domains.
• Relay client feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a pre‑sales engineering role focused on finance, HR or payroll applications.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, payroll systems and relevant regulatory requirements in the African market.
• Familiarity with Zoho’s suite of products, especially Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll and Zoho People.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and engineering teams.
