Cafe Manager – Full‑time, Accra

About the role

Pink Panda Bakery is seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to lead daily operations at its bustling Accra location. This full‑time, on‑site role involves overseeing staff, ensuring product quality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a friendly neighbourhood café.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules, supervise front‑of‑house and food‑service teams.
• Monitor product quality, coordinate with the kitchen on menu items, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle inventory control, place supplier orders, and manage cash and point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Address customer feedback promptly and support sales initiatives to boost average ticket size.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute to local marketing, promotional activities, and community events.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in food & beverage or café/restaurant operations, including basic food safety practices.
• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in Accra, including weekends and peak hours.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system proficiency.
