About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our customer support team in Accra. The role focuses on handling inbound inquiries and managing payment collections for our clients. You will work onsite at our Ako Adjei La Road office, providing friendly and efficient service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Process and follow up on payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Deliver high‑quality service that meets company standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
- Relevant experience in customer service or collections preferred.
- Residence in or around Labadi area.
