About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team in Accra. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and handling payment collections for our clients. The position is onsite, allowing you to work closely with colleagues and customers in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage payment collection processes and follow‑up on outstanding balances.
- Deliver high‑quality service that meets company standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a willingness to stay in the Labadi area.
- Relevant experience in customer support or collections is preferred.
