Campus Lead – Food Delivery Operations

About the role

We are looking for energetic students to lead KampusCrave’s food‑delivery service on their university campus. As the Campus Lead you will be the driving force behind building a reliable delivery fleet, onboarding local food vendors and ensuring smooth order fulfilment for fellow students.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of student riders to form the campus delivery fleet.
• Identify, approach and onboard food vendors around the university.
• Act as the first point of contact for any order issues – late deliveries, wrong items or rider problems.
• Detect and resolve friction points specific to the campus to improve the service.
• Grow the number of orders month over month by promoting the platform and expanding vendor coverage.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled and present on one of the listed campuses.
• Self‑starter who can get things done without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working on a pure commission model that rewards results.
