About the role
We are seeking a motivated Career Counsellor to join our team in Accra. You will guide students through the study‑abroad application process and help them achieve their academic and career aspirations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one counselling to students interested in studying abroad.
- Explain international university admission requirements and application procedures.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting application documents.
- Stay updated on global higher‑education trends and scholarship opportunities.
- Collaborate with educational partners to ensure accurate information delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 36 months of relevant experience (mid‑level).
- Experience counselling students on study‑abroad applications is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn if lacking prior study‑abroad experience.
