About the role
The Ghana National Association of Teachers is seeking a dedicated caretaker to manage the Officers' Residence in Accra. The successful candidate will ensure the premises remain clean, secure, and well‑maintained, providing a comfortable living environment for designated officers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residence.
- Oversee routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensure security measures are in place and functioning.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including waste disposal and supply replenishment.
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed.
Required profile
- Ghanaian national with relevant qualifications.
- Goal‑oriented and results‑driven attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities and enthusiasm for the role.
- Ability to provide references and documentation as requested.
